By installing or using Translita (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is published by Translita Offline Translator (“we”, “us”), of Attock, Pakistan.
Translita translates text between languages, online and offline. It reads printed text with the camera, accepts dictation, reads translations aloud, and offers conversational language practice with an AI partner.
Translations are produced by machines and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
Do not rely on Translita where a mistranslation could cause harm — including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or immigration matters. Use a qualified human translator for anything that matters.
The same applies to the AI practice partner. It is a practice aid, not a teacher, and it can be wrong.
Camera text recognition reads Latin script only, and may misread unclear or stylised text.
Offline translation requires you to download language packs, and is available only for the languages the on-device engine supports. Not every language is available offline.

We may limit or refuse service to anyone who does these things.
Practice is for language learning. The partner is instructed to decline anything else, including requests for medical, legal or financial advice, and abusive content.
That scoping is a filter, not a guarantee. You are responsible for what you say to it, and we are not responsible for what it says back.
Translita is free to use. Translita Pro is an optional subscription that removes advertising and provides unlimited AI practice.
We may change prices. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for, and you will be told before any renewal at a new price.
The free version shows adverts. By using the free version, you agree to see them. See our Privacy Policy for what advertising collects.
You keep all rights to the text you translate and the sentences you speak. We claim nothing.
You grant us only the permission needed to provide the service: to transmit your text to our translation and practice providers, and to return the result. We do not store it, and we do not use it to train anything.
We do not promise that the app or our servers will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including Pro features, at any time.
Offline translation keeps working without our servers, once language packs have been downloaded.
The app relies on services we do not control: Microsoft Azure AI Translator, OpenAI, Google (advertising, speech recognition, Play billing and on-device machine learning) and RevenueCat. Their own terms apply to their parts of the service, and we are not responsible for them.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights that cannot be waived.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Sections 3, 7, 10 and 12 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
If these terms change materially, the date at the top will change. Continuing to use Translita after a change means you accept it.
